Matt was born and raised in Naples, Florida, and while I�ve always called this place home, Matt has had the chance to see the world, thanks to his time in the U.S. Air Force. Living overseas in Japan gave him a whole new perspective, but it also made him appreciate the community and lifestyle we have here in Southwest Florida. For the past 15 years, Matt has worked in the Food & Beverage industry, mainly in private clubs around the area. It�s a fast-paced world, but he enjoys the challenge and takes pride in creating great experiences for people�whether it�s running a smooth event or simply making sure everything behind the scenes is spot on. Outside of work, Matt is a proud Dad to his 7-year-old daughter, Sophia. She�s the best part of his life and keeps him grounded and motivated. When Matt gets some free time, you�ll usually find him out on the golf course or playing roller hockey�two things that he�s loved for years. At the end of the day, Matt is someone who values hard work, good people, and making the most out of every day.
