New Home Purchase

When you purchase a home in Stonebridge, you are automatically a member of the country club. There are no equity or deposits required to become a member. The value of the home includes the value of the club membership.

Our community is rich in amenities. Not only is there golf but also a spacious completely renovated clubhouse, multiple dining venues, 5 tennis courts, 24 hour guarded gatehouse, full social calendar, a new workout facility and much more. Since all owners are also members, there is an innate sense of camaraderie. Here, owners can be involved in the community and its amenities as much or as little they desire.

Membership Club Dues
Dues are approved annually by the Board in August and are billed on a quarterly basis, with the exception of the Master Capital Reserve which is billed on an annual basis.

Neighborhood Associations Fees
Most associations have a quarterly condo fee which covers costs specific to that association: therefore, fees vary from neighborhood to neighborhood.

After the Closing
To schedule a New Member appointment after your closing, please contact Mary Fehskens, Membership & Communications Manager at: 239-594-5200 or [email protected].

Your title company will forward the warranty deed, disclosure statement and membership transfer documents to us along with the payments to your new homeowner's account.

At your new member orientation, we will complete the process by setting up an account, assigning your membership number, issuing your Member Cards and arranging for a permanent gate access decal. We will also review important rules, answer your questions and  provide a "Welcome Packet" of information for you to take home and review to help acquaint you with the Club and its many activities.
