I was raised in Naples, FL after moving from Mexico at the age of seven years old. I have been married for 18 years and have four amazing children ranging from age four to fourteen along with a lovable puppy named Luna. I began my journey at Stonebridge in September 2020 as a part-time hostess while still working at my previous job, where I had spent 13 years as a dry-cleaning plant manager. Making the transition from dry cleaning to hospitality was a big change, and I was initially hesitant. However, the warm welcome I received from both the staff, and the membership made the decision much easier. After one year, I chose to become a full-time employee. I started as a server and later transitioned into bartending, which provided a fast-paced and exciting opportunity to connect with many of our members. Thanks to Stonebridge, I was fortunate enough to attend a bartending course and earn my certification. I worked as a bartender for three years before being offered the opportunity to become Banquet Captain, working alongside our wonderful banquet team, Shelley and Everton. Although I served as Banquet Captain for only one season, I thoroughly enjoyed helping coordinate everything from intimate gatherings to major club events. The fast-paced environment and back-to-back events kept us busy and constantly challenged, making the experience incredibly rewarding. Toward the end of the season, I was offered another exciting opportunity in Human Resources and Accounting. It was a difficult decision, but after careful consideration, I knew it was the best choice for both my family and my professional growth. I am incredibly grateful to be part of the Stonebridge community. It has provided me with valuable knowledge, opportunities for advancement, and the chance to grow both personally and professionally. I look forward to continuing my journey and contributing to this wonderful community for years to come.
