Chef Liam Blake brings over two decades of culinary experience to Stonebridge Country Club, where he has proudly served as Executive Chef for the past 10 years. His culinary journey began with an apprenticeship at London’s iconic Savoy Hotel under the legendary Anton Edelmann, where he developed a deep foundation in classical French technique and a respect for precision and discipline in the kitchen. Chef Liam's career has taken him through the kitchens of some of the world’s most celebrated restaurants, including Blue Hill at Stone Barns, COI, and Alinea in Chicago. These experiences have shaped his innovative approach to cuisine, inspiring him to blend time-honored techniques with the creativity and elegance of modern American dining. At Stonebridge, Chef Liam is known for his seasonal, ingredient-driven menus that celebrate flavor, craftsmanship, and balance. He leads a collaborative, empowered culinary team, fostering an environment built on open communication, continuous learning, and pride in every dish.
