Food & Beverage Administrator

Kristina Demian joined Stonebridge Country Club in August of 2023 as the Kitchen Administrator. Since then, she has become an integral part of the team, supporting the department through a blend of organization, creativity, and clear communication. Now serving as the Food & Beverage Administrator, Kristina manages all member-facing marketing and communications for the Food and Beverage department, playing a key role in promoting events, specials, and seasonal offerings to keep members informed and engaged. She works closely with Chef Liam and the kitchen staff to design, update, and fine-tune menus throughout the year. Kristina also oversees the club�s H2B visa program, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for international team members and serving as a reliable point of contact during their time at Stonebridge. Kristina grew up at the Jersey Shore, where her love of the beach and relaxed coastal lifestyle first began. She has been happily married to her husband Matt for seven years, and together they share their home with two sweet dogs, Ziggy and Pepper. In their free time, they enjoy beach days, golfing, and cooking together at home. Outside of work, Kristina is passionate about wellness. Hot yoga is a regular part of her weekly routine - so much so that she even has a yoga studio in her house. With a strong eye for detail and a calm, collaborative approach, Kristina brings both heart and professionalism to everything she does. She�s proud to be part of the Stonebridge family and looks forward to continuing to grow with the club.
