Early in Indra's career, he developed an interest in international relations and hospitality. This passion prompted Indra to take up a course in Hospitality Management. In 1991 he received a degree in Food and Beverage Management Hospitality from the University of Tourism Center Bali. After graduating, he immigrated to the United States to work for Holland American Cruise Ships for five years. After relocating to Naples, Indra gained employment at Hideaway Beach Club in 2001 working his way up to Assistant Food and Beverage Director during his tenure. Indra has also spent time with the culinary team at The Ritz-Carlton and was a Restaurant Manager at TPC Treviso Bay before accepting the position of Food & Beverage Manager at Stonebridge Country Club. Indra has a deep passion for wine and has attended the Windows on the World Wine seminar and has received a certification as a sommelier. His other passions include fruit carving, traveling, cooking, and spending time with his beautiful daughter Zittney and son Junior.
